Squats

They require energy, but squats are effective, because they act on all muscle groups of the lower back and so raise your buttocks. Note that, with doing squats, you always have the correct posture.

The Lunge Exercise

This exercise is for shaping buttocks. Stand up straight, feet are connected, and hands at your hips. Step out with the leg so that the knee properly touching the floor, making the angle at the knee 90 degrees.

Hip bridge

Lie on your back with knees bent, with your feet hip-width apart, and the arms beside the body. Lift your butt so hard, to the maximum, relying on the heels. While doing the bridge, the chest are on the ground, only the lower body (hips and buttocks) on the air.

Repeat this exercise, 5:00 to 7:00 times a day, four times during the week.
