If You Do This When Brushing Your Teeth – You’re Making A Big Mistake!

Sometimes we do something in good faith and with the best intentions, and in fact we end up harmings ourselves. One such example is brushing our teeth. Dentists warn of a thing that we should never do when we brush our teeth, because it anulates the effect of the tooth paste.

Too strong and too short brushing is one of the most common mistakes we make when washing our teeth, but dentists warn that there is another, even bigger mistake that we make when practicing this daily activity.

The gargling that we do with water for rinsing the oral cavity after toothbrushing with the intention to wash and disinfect the oral cavity even better- and with it we actually accomplish the opposite effect!

Namely, it happens because the water rinse washes all the ingredients of the tooth paste which are important for maintaining the health and whiteness of our teeth.

Therefore, the dentist advise that we should rinse with water or a mouthwash at least one hour after toothbrushing . Another benefits of this is that you actually wash your teeth four times a day instead of twice.
